Celestial Glass Assemblage — Three-Piece Sculptural Arrangement
An unusual and enchanting arrangement of three individual glass objects, brought together to create a striking sculptural composition.
At the center sits a beautifully iridescent studio glass sphere, decorated with sweeping, finely drawn lines in shades of deep violet, midnight blue, and shimmering green. The sphere is signed and dated 1985 on its underside, with a possible attribution to American glass artist Robert Eickholt.
The sphere rests within a shallow, smoky blue glass bowl with a subtly textured surface, supported by a sculptural three-legged glass base in luminous milky white with delicate lavender and pink undertones.
Together, the three pieces create an almost celestial silhouette, reminiscent of a small planet suspended within its own orbit.
Although each piece is an independent object, they have been thoughtfully combined into a singular decorative arrangement. They can be displayed together as pictured or enjoyed separately.
A wonderful addition to a collection of studio glass, unusual decorative objects, or contemporary curiosities.
